Large high school athletic programs with hundreds of athletes and dozens of coaches face the challenge of collecting and processing lots of information within a short period of time. To complicate matters, some clearance items have expiration dates, which means that once and athlete or coach is “cleared” to participate, he or she may lose clearance at some point during the season.
